CONDITIONS

This apartment is available on a strictly temporary basis from now to 15 June as the owners occupy it themselves in the summer months. It is only available to tenants with an employment contract and payroll, or demonstrable financial solvency. 
It cannot be registered as the tenant’s primary residence. 

Pets are not allowed! Rented with separate expenses, except for fiber optic internet (included).

To formalize the rental, three monthly payments are required: one month's rent, one month's legal deposit, and one month's agency fee + VAT.
Tenants must be able to provide documentation to justify the temporary nature of the stay!
