Electricity, water and Wi-Fi expenses are paid separately.
To move in, the following amount must be paid: 3 monthly payments, consisting of 1 month's rent, 1 month's security deposit and 1 month's agency fee (+ VAT).
According to the Urban Leasing Law, it is legal to charge the agency/intermediation fee to the tenant in rentals that are not annual. Therefore, agency fees can be charged in temporary residential rentals, which are not holiday rentals, as is the case here.
