To move in, the amount of 3 monthly payments must be provided: 1 month rent, 1 month agency fee + VAT, 1 month deposit.
According to the Urban Lease Law, charging the tenant an agency intermediary fee is legal in rentals that are not annual; it may be charged in temporary residential rentals, not holiday rentals, as in this case.
