To move in, you must pay 3 months' rent, 1 month's deposit, and 1 month's agency fee (+VAT).
According to the Urban Lease Law, it is legal to charge the agency's intermediary fee to the tenant for rentals that are not annual, temporary, or holiday-related, as in this case.
