This property is available for summer seasonal rental.
Only for tenants with an employment contract + payslips, or demonstrable financial solvency. Expenses are paid separately.
To move in, payment of 3 monthly amounts is required: 1 month’s rent, 1 month deposit, and 1 month agency fee (+VAT). According to the Spanish Urban Leasing Law, charging the tenant the agency intermediation fee is legal in rentals that are not yearly but temporary, non-holiday rentals, as in this case.
