RENTAL CONDITIONS
This property is available to rent during the summer season.
Only for tenants with an employment contract + payslips, or demonstrable financial solvency. Expenses are paid separately.
To move in, you must pay 3 months' rent, 1 month's deposit and 1 month's agency fee plus VAT.
According to the Urban Lease Law, it is legal to charge the agency's intermediary fee to the tenant for rentals that are not annual, temporary, or holiday-related, as in this case.
