Water, Wi-Fi, and electricity are paid separately.

To move in, you must pay the equivalent of three months' rent, one month's rent in advance, a €1,000 security deposit, and one month's agency fee (plus VAT).

According to the Urban Lease Law, it is legal to charge the agency's intermediary fee to the tenant for rentals that are not annual, temporary, or holiday-related, as in this case.
