The house is available from September 1st. It can be rented only in September for €12,000 or for a longer stay during the winter from €3,000/month.
Although the other cottages are rented independently, it is possible to rent the entire property with two cottages, subject to availability – see conditions and price.
This property is available exclusively to tenants with an employment contract and payroll, or demonstrable financial solvency.
To formalize the rental, 1 month's rent + 2 months' deposit + 1 month's agency fee (+ VAT) are required.
Utilities (electricity, water, etc.) are not included in the rental price. Internet is included.
