This cottage is rented only, although the entire estate can be rented if available – check conditions and price.

CONDITIONS
Available immediately. Price depends on duration and season, from €2,000/month for the winter season.
Utilities (water, electricity, etc.) are not included. Internet is included.
This property is available exclusively to tenants with an employment contract and payroll, or demonstrable financial solvency.
To formalize the move-in, three monthly payments are required: 1 month's rent, 1 month's legal deposit (two months for pets), and 1 month's agency fee + VAT.
