The apartment is located in Santa Eulalia, a lively town even in winter, where you can enjoy a great atmosphere and pleasant climate all year round. Nearby you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, a bus stop, cafés, restaurants, a health center, and much more.

The rental is intended for people with permanent jobs and payslips or demonstrable solvency, preferably workers temporarily relocated to the island who can provide proof of their situation, or companies in need of housing for their employees. Not available for residents, and children are not allowed. To move in, three monthly payments are required: one month’s rent, one month’s legal deposit, and one month’s agency fee plus VAT. Water and electricity expenses are paid separately.
