Surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, the main house offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open area with an extra bed, a kitchen equipped with a water filter, and multiple indoor and outdoor relaxation spaces. Carefully selected decorative elements, the use of fine materials, and a piano in the living room create a serene atmosphere, ideal for mindful and creative stays.

Outside, you'll find a private pool surrounded by palm trees, chill-out areas, an outdoor shower, a meditation corner, a Balinese bed, and a barbecue area that invite you to enjoy life outdoors. Alternatively, you can also rent the attached Casita Sol, a separate studio ideal for guests or as an additional space.

Pets live on the property; they do not require care from the tenant, but their presence must be respected.

CONDITIONS

Although the other casitas are rented independently, this house enjoys complete privacy and exclusive use of the outdoor areas. The entire house with two casitas can be rented, under specific conditions. The third casita is occupied by the caretaker.

This property is available exclusively to tenants with an employment contract and payroll, or demonstrable financial solvency.

To formalize the rental, the full advance payment + €10,000 deposit + €6,000 agency fee + VAT are required.

Utilities (electricity, internet, etc.) are not included in the rental price.
