SUMMER OR ANNUAL RENTAL – AVAILABLE FROM JULY 2025

Fully renovated country house located in a very quiet and private area near Agroturismo Atzaró, in Santa Eulalia. This is a first-time rental and finishing touches are still being finalised, as can be seen in the photos.

The house has approximately 70 m² of interior space, with a completely private entrance, one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower, and a spacious open-plan kitchen-dining-living area. It is rented furnished with the basic essentials (double bed, wardrobe, sofa, table, etc.), although it can also be rented unfurnished if the tenant prefers to bring their own.

There is currently no internet connection, but it can be contracted. Air conditioning will be installed throughout the house before the start of the rental. A kitchen will also be installed, including an oven, gas hob and fridge with freezer.

At present there is only one bedroom, but after the summer a second room will be added.

The property has a large outdoor terrace, partly covered and partly open, with direct access to the natural land surrounding the house. The total usable plot exceeds 1,500 m², with open views, trees, and plenty of space to walk or enjoy nature. Parking is available for at least three cars.

The house also includes an independent laundry room. This space could eventually be used as an additional single bedroom (not suitable for a double bed).

Pets are welcome. Water is included in the rental price, while electricity and other utilities are the tenant’s responsibility.

The property is only available for the full summer period (July–September/October) or annually. Shorter stays or partial months will not be considered.


CONDITIONS

This property is available exclusively to tenants with an employment contract and payslips, or demonstrable financial solvency. To formalise the rental, three months' payment is required: 1 month’s rent, 1 month’s legal deposit, and 1 month agency fee + VAT.

The summer rental price is €3,000/month. For annual rental from November onward, the monthly rent is €2,500. Water is included in the price, other utilities (electricity, internet, etc.) are not.
